The following is an Update for Phase 1 of The Dryden CSD 2017 Capital Improvement Project
Work the Week of 7/23/18-7/27/18
• DES
o Prepping for high flat roof installation, little work (due to rain).
• MS/High School
o Roofing work continued over G wing, mostly blocking and detail work (due to rain).
o Little Reinforced Turf Access Road was worked on (due to rain).
Projected Work Week of 7/30/18-8/3/18
• MS/High School
o Roofing to continue, moving toward High School Entry and Offices & by southeast of Auditorium (Rain Forecast much of the week).
o Reinforced Turf Access Road work may continue (Rain Forecast much of the week).
o Steeple Chase and Drainage may be installed. (Rain Forecast much of the week).
*Note: The majority of construction activities in this phase are exterior work and are contingent on weather conditions.
