The following is an update for Phase 1, 2 & 3 of the Dryden Capital Improvement Project.
Work week of 6/10/19 – 6/14/19
Phase 1
o Hale has finished 90% of all roof metal and continued with detail work.
o Nagel has completed the lines on the track and its ready for use.
o Boland’s and Whitemore fence have continued work on the new ball fields and fencing, dug outs are being assembled.
Phase 2
o Edger has pour the first section of the new building foundation completing the South and west sides.
o Boland’s has set 80% of the new underground structures and has begun install temporary fencing to secure the site.
o Brosh has started the water service inside the building for domestic water and fire protection.
Phase 3
o Framing has started in the new kitchen and middle school cafeteria along with electrical, plumbing and HVAC rough-ins.
o Masonry walls in the new boys./ girls locker rooms have progressed and are near completion and plumbing and electrical rough ins have progressed along with the wall construction.
o General and theatrical demolition was completed in the auditorium.
o Framing and electrical rough in were done in the district office space.
o In C13 new duct work was ran, the first of the new skylights was cut in and drywall hanging has started.
Work week of 5/17/19 – 5/21/19
Phase 1
o Hale will continue to complete detail work and getting ready for manufactures inspection.
o Boland’s and whitmore will continue with field grading, dugout assembly and installing clay.
Phase 2
o Edger will continue to form and pour sections of the new building foundation walls and remaining footer section.
o The temporary site fencing will be completed.
o Boland’s will set the last of the new underground utility structures.
Phase 3
o Masonry wall in the new boys and girls locker rooms will be completed and framing of the remaining walls will continue and tile will be started on the girls side.
o In the kitchen/ MS cafeteria plumbing, electrical and HVAC rough in will continue has framing progresses.
o Drywall hanging will continue in the new choral space in C13 and weather permitting the remaining two skylights will be cut in.
o Duct work will be installed in the new boys/ girls locker room.
o The install of new boilers to heat the pool will begin.
