The following is an update for Phase 1, 2 & 3 of the Dryden Capital Improvement Project.
Work week of 3/4/19 – 3/8/19
Phase 1
o Whitmore fence installing foundation and poles for new backstops
Phase 2
o Brush and tree clearing has begun for the districts new transportation facility off of Mott road
Phase 3
o Demolition of Mechanical systems has started in MSHS C13, heating and electrical systems have been isolated and disconnected ahead of general demolition to start next week
o The construction staging area fencing has been set up at MSHS
Work week of 3/11/19 – 3/15/19
Phase 1
o Whitmore fence will continue work on the new backstops at the high school.
Phase 2
o Remaining brush will be cleared and tree removal will continue at the new transformation site.
Phase 3
o General demolition will start in MSHS room C13 with Fahs Construction demolishing existing seating, stage, and all interior masonry and drywall walls. Fahs will also be saw cutting and removing portions of the existing concrete floor ion.
o Heating, plumbing and electrical demolition will start in MSHS room A11, followed by general demolition.
