This Earth Day, we’re proud of the steps our school community is taking to care for our planet! 🌎💚
Across our schools, sustainability is more than a goal—it’s part of our everyday practices:
🥛 Bulk milk with reusable cups to reduce packaging
🍽️ Reusable trays or plates in all schools
🍴 Reusable silverware in Dryden Elementary School, the Middle School & High School
♻️ Minimizing single-use plastics in our cafeterias
🌱 Composting food scraps to keep waste out of landfills
🌍 Strong partnerships with student-led sustainability clubs that help lead initiatives and inspire change
🥕 Partnerships with local farmers and food producers to bring fresh, locally sourced foods to our cafeterias
Together, our students, staff, and community are building habits that make a real difference—one lunch tray, one compost bin, and one idea at a time.
