Dryden Elementary School is proud to announce that Kim Schneider, a teacher aide, has been named the 2024-25 Employee of the Year.
Kim has become a cornerstone of the school community through her kindness, patience, and unwavering commitment to students’ well-being and growth. In her role as a teacher aide, she creates a nurturing environment where every child feels supported and valued.
Her colleagues recognize her remarkable ability to connect with students, noting her natural intuition for recognizing when a child needs encouragement. She empowers students to overcome challenges by giving them the tools and reassurance they need to succeed.
Beyond her work in the classroom, Kim also manages the before and after school program. She is passionate about giving students opportunities for play and ensures they enjoy outdoor recess whenever possible.
Her impact is also felt among staff. Known for her teamwork and encouragement, Mrs. Schneider is always willing to lend a helping hand to colleagues.
