The following is an update for Phase 1, 2 & 3 of the Dryden Capital Improvement Project.

Work week of 5/20/19 – 5/24/19

Phase 1 
 
Hale has continued to complete sections of roof edge metal, scupper and flashing.  Nagel has completed laying the new track surface with just stripping remain to be completed.  Whitmore has worked on installing fabric on the new back stops while Boland’s has continued final grading and trucking excess materials off the site.

Phase 2 
o Boland's has continued with grading and site prep ahead of foundation start.

Phase 3
 
o FAHS has started framing in both the new cooler/ kitchen space #A38 and in the new choral/ music tech space.  They have also torn down from the cooler asbestos abatement and have been removing the quarry tile and mud set from the kitchen floor.  In the new boys/ girls locker room FAHS has poured in the deep slap sections along with pouring the new topping slab.  Siracausa has installed all the new sanitary piping in the boys/ girls locker rooms complete with testing.  Nelcorp has replaced all the upper portions of the new stadium lighting as well as doing in wall and above ceiling rough ins in #C13 and #A38 as well as relocating some existing conduit in conflict with the new choral room sky lights.

Work week of 5/20/19 – 5/24/19

Phase 1
 
o Nagel will be on site Tuesday wit there surveyor to layout the new track lines, weather permitting the track should be ready for use by next Friday.
o Hale roofing will continue with the install of roofing edge metal and detail work
o Boland’s and Whitmore fence will continue to work on the new athletic fields and dugouts, installing fabric and grading

Phase 2
 
o Edger will mobilize to start foundations at the new bus garage and Bolands will begin work on underground utilities

Phase 3
 
o Framing to continue in A38 and C13, door frames will be delivered by Thursday, electrical in wall inspections will be done on Tuesday and after door frames are installed FAHS will beginning hanging drywall in #A38.  FAHS will mobilize their masonry sub-contractor to begin laying CMU walls in the Boys/ Girls locker room in conjunction with Siracusa’s plumbing rough in.  As FAH’s demo sub finishes the mud bed removal in the kitchen they will move to cutting in the new kitchen/ cafeteria windows.  Nelcorp will continue running branch conduit and wall rough ins as spaces open up to them.
