The following is an update for Phase 1, 2, & 3 of the Dryden Capital Improvement Project.
Work week of 4/8/19 – 4/12/19
Phase 1
o Work has resumed on the sports fields at the MS/ HS, dug out concrete pads are being pour, stop soil is being spread along some grading
Phase 2
o Boland’s has been stripping and stock piling top soil while grading the site to sub base levels
Phase 3
o Asbestos abatement contractor mobilizing 4/12 to remove ACM from Kitchen offices
o Asbestos abatement in C13 is complete and all containment torn down
o Existing slopped slab in C13 is being saw cut and removed
o Nelcorp has continued running feeders for new panels taken care of abatement hook ups, along with hooking up temp coolers and installing outlets on the temporary wall in the high school cafeteria
o Siracusa has completed underground plumbing rough in for the new bathroom in the kitchen offices along with removing the existing pool heater boilers
Work week of 4/15/19 – 4/19/19
Phase 1
o Boland’s will continue work on the athletic fields
o Hale roofing will be back on site mid week to continue with the install of roofing metal
Phase 2
o Boland’s will be continue getting the site to sub grade, removing excess material
Phase 3
o Asbestos Abatement in kitchen offices
o Disconnect and removal of kitchen equipment
o Start demolition of existing kitchen, storage rooms and offices
o Start demolition of boys locker room A33
o Install temporary hall patricians
o Set up temporary food service line
o Pour concrete footing in C13
o Pour cooler and bathroom concrete slabs in old room A11
