Directions to Cicero-North Syracuse(Home of the 2004 N.Y.S.P.H.S.A.A. Track and Field Championships):   Take 13 north into Cortland, past Walmart, past Friendly's, past The Rusty Nail...approx. 1 mile from the Rusty Nail...you will see signs for 81 north.  Take 81 north into Syracuse, past the Dome, past the Mall and past the airport....take the Cicero exit.  At the end of the Cicero exit ramp, take a right.  School is 3/4 mile down the road...on your right.  Parking is on the left side of the complex and the stadium is in the back of the school. *More detailed directions will be posted later this week. **If you have time and accessibility..check out the weightroom and Aux. gym at C-NS...could be the best in New York State
